One ring plus one wild night equals one crazy love
Sherry Robicheaux loves men. She loves love. And she loves an adventure. So when she meets a mysterious man while working backstage at a country music concert in Vegas, she’s all about what’s happened in Vegas staying there.
Country music superstar Tyler Blue just wants a weekend of anonymity…though there’s something about the spunky waitress with the streaks of purple hair that tempts him like no other. Until the next morning, when they both wake up with fuzzy memories…and rings on their fingers.
Convincing Sherry to maintain the ruse for his public image isn’t the hardest part—it’s reminding himself that their time spent playing husband and wife in her small town of Magnolia Springs can’t last. Tyler’s first love will always be music—and the road is no place for a sweet downhome girl.
Again I have read a novel that is in the middle of the Series, usually this would frustrate me so much that I would put down the book until I read the first couple. Thankfully this book can be read as a standalone.
Sherry is having a rough time with men, she seems to fall for the bad boys and the exciting guys that treat her badly, so she comes up with a plan. Sherry has picked a reliable, boring and plain guy and she is going to settle down with him and have a calm, quiet life, the problem is Sherry is a bit of a wild child, she decides to have one last fling.
Sherry gets a job as a caterer for a backstage country music concert in Las Vegas for the new year, planning on finding one more hot, exciting fling before she settles down to her respectable life, she mistakes a sexy cowboy for a Roadie, after a drunken night she can’t remember it turns out that instead of a Roadie she hooked up with singer Tyler Blue and that is not all she wakes up with a ring on her finger.
This book was a sweet story, with funny moments throughout, if you are feeling like you want a light, romantic comedy this book is for you. Although I only rated it 3 stars the writing and story line was fine but I did find the pace to be a bit slow and Sherry had a habit of annoying me.
But other than that it was a good light read to brighten your mood.
